To Our Exhibitors

Thank you for entering. Please notice the entry deadline for the Household Exhibits. No entries will be accepted unless the entry blanks are postmarked by 5:00 p.m. of the Saturday BEFORE Horse & Colt Show weekend. If that deadline is missed, the entry blanks can be delivered to either of us by noon on the following Monday. Due to the volume of record keeping and filling out hundreds of entry tags, we just cannot accept any late entries. Please keep these entries separate from 4-H-Youth and Livestock exhibits. Thanks for your cooperation.

OPEN CLASS INFORMATION

Entries should be postmarked NO LATER THAN the Saturday before the show.

There will be a $1.50 entry fee for the first 10 articles entered by an exhibitor and .10 for each additional article entered.

MAKE CHECK PAYABLE TO: "VIOLA HORSE & COLT SHOW.”

Only one entry per person in any one entry number, but several entries may be on one entry form.

There will be no articles accepted and no prizes awarded except the ones listed in the premium book under Household Exhibits, Open Department.

No articles will be accepted that have been entered here before.

Premiums of $1.00, .75 and .50 will be paid in each class.

All exhibits must be brought to the Community Building on Friday of the show from 2:00 to 5:30 p.m. No entries will be accepted on Saturday.

Entries may be removed at 4:00 p.m. the day of the show.

Premium money will be paid when entries are picked up. Please pick them up between 4:00 and 4:30 pm. on the day of the show Anything left after 4:30 is there at your own risk.

Open Department, Household, is for youth as well as adults. Living within the Kickapoo School District is not a requirement for exhibitors.
