The Arts and Crafts Show runs in conjunction with the Viola Horse & Colt Show.

Registration Form

DATE: Saturday of the show

TIME: 8:00 am. - 5:00 p.m.

LOCATION: Matthes Stockyards

PARTICIPATION: Artists and Craftsmen. Exhibits may be sold. No commission charged. The committee reserves the right to accept or reject any entries. Original work only, please.

EXHIBITION: Each exhibitor is responsible for preparing, exhibiting and removal of work. Ten feet of display area is allotted each exhibitor. All exhibitors will register at the registration desk before setting up. Set-up must be by 8:00 a.m. or forfeit space.

FEE: A non-refundable fee of $14 inside and $12 outside will be charged.

LOSS AND DAMAGE: We are not liable for any loss or damage to artwork or display material

REGISTRATION: Advance registration by September 1, is encouraged. Please send entry form and a check (make check to Viola Horse and Colt Show) for appropriate fee to:
